This magnificent villa is surrounded by a majestic private garden and is on one floor.
Crossing the large porch offering a splendid view of the sea, you access the spacious living room, featuring a spectacular floating fireplace and divided into a sitting area and a dining area. The fully equipped kitchen with a pantry, double refrigerator, dishwasher and breakfast table completes the living area.
The sleeping area features 4 bedrooms, accommodating up to 10 guests. All rooms have bright French doors with the possibility of access to the garden and, due to their large size, provide a high level of comfort and privacy.
Next to the main building is an elegant annex with a separate entrance that can accommodate two more guests. The mini apartment comprises a living area with kitchen, a bedroom with two single beds that can be combined together to form a double bed, and a bathroom with shower.
The villa can accommodate up to 10 guests, therefore it is ideal for a large family as well as a group of friends. Cribs or baby cots for children can be added upon request.
The two housing units surround a large patio, which features a second dining area and fine outdoor furniture for pleasant, relaxing moments. Moreover, thanks to a convenient staircase, you can directly access the spectacular rooftop. From there, you can enjoy the exceptional view of the sea that ranges from Asinara to Corsica, making it an ideal setting for an aperitif at sunset.
Villa Claudio, which offers two private parking spaces, allows you to discover Portobello on foot. It takes less than 3 minutes to reach the cliffs where you can snorkel or simply enjoy the breathtaking scenery. A slightly longer walk takes you to the Bay of Love, which is also suitable for younger children.

To confirm a reservation, you must make payment of at least 30% of the total within 1 day of confirming the reservation.

Homelike Villas Standard Terms & Conditions are defined as:
- 0% refund of deposit in case of cancellation requested up to 90 days before check-in
- 50% refund (in case of balance already paid) in case of cancellation requested between 89 and 1 days before check-in
- 0% refund (and 100% penalty) in case of no-show
In case of cancellation - for objective reasons that can be documented, unforeseeable and not known at the time of booking - the following conditions apply in case of application of the "Serene Cancellation" Insurance *:
- From the time of booking to check-in, 100% refund of the value of the amount paid, for the reasons indicated above
- No show: no amount will be refunded to the customer
In case of cancellation of this contract for reasons related to COVID-19, the cancellation is free of charge for the guest whenever there is the impossibility for the guest to reach the location of the structure due to local lockdown of the area itself, in the 30 days before check-in.
*"Serene Cancellation" Insurance is an extra protection offered (and that guests must request at the time of booking) in case of direct booking through Homelike Villas and for objective causes that can be documented, unpredictable and not known at the time of booking.
In addition, in order to assure the insurance coverage to the guests, we need (within 12 hours from the booking) a list with Surnames - Names of all possible participants.
If we do not send the list, we cannot ensure the validity of the coverage.
According to municipal regulations, a tax may be charged by the facility manager to guests in the form of a fixed fee per person per night.
