Suspended between the hills of Capo d’Orlando and the sea of San Gregorio, Villa l'Estasi is a splendid residence overlooking the Aeolian Islands surrounded by lemon, orange, and olive trees and immersed in nature.

The house can accommodate up to 8 people in 3 bedrooms and is equipped with 3 bathrooms. Arranged over two floors, it has a large living room, a study with a double sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom, and a kitchen with a bathroom on the ground floor. Upstairs is the rest of the sleeping area with two double bedrooms and a bathroom.
The large living room, with sofas, armchairs, and a beautiful brick fireplace, will be your refuge during indoor breaks where you can entertain yourself for convivial moments or for a simple chat. In reality, the large open space, with French windows opening onto the outside, also houses a comfortable dining room that is connected to the kitchen equipped with everything: traditional four-burner hob, refrigerator, sink, dishwasher, microwave, and washing machine. On the ground floor, you will find a place of absolute privacy in the study, a room in the house that is enriched by a well-stocked library.
Villa l'Estasi also boasts a large terrace and an outdoor barbecue area with a sink and countertop.
In the pool area, with a flush system and overflow towards the infinite horizon of the sea, there is also a large brick-paved solarium with deck chairs, shower, low table, and armchairs. The large veranda can accommodate you during your convivial moments, offering you shelter and refreshment from dawn to dusk. Also outside, truly enjoyable, the patio, the terraces on the first floor, and the garden where you can also enjoy a few strolls or, alternatively, a little relaxation on the comfortable wicker chaise longue seats.
One kilometer away you will find the beautiful beach of Capo d’Orlando, 2 kilometers that of San Gregorio, 6 kilometers that of Brolo, and less than 10 kilometers that of Gliaca.
