The dwelling can accommodate up to 8 people in its 4 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. You will be welcomed in a large living room with fireplace and dining area overlooking the large outdoor patio where you can have lunch and dinner but also sit and contemplate an enchanting sunset. In the living room, with exposed wooden beams and large and bright openings to the outside, you will find a comfortable corner sofa and a second sofa as well as a large screen TV.
In the large green garden that surrounds the house there is the comfortable swimming pool, 9 meters long by 4.5 wide, equipped with shower and relaxation area with sun loungers and chaise longue but also with table with chairs and gym with TechnoGym equipment.
Always outdoors there is a barbecue area and a playground equipped for children. The pool area can also be accessed directly from the kitchen which is equipped with an oven, grill, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, double sink, slicer, espresso machine, utensils and crockery.
The main floor of the house also has a double bedroom, with ensuite bathroom with tub, and a twin bedroom, with beds that can be joined together and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor there are two other double bedrooms with air conditioning and a bathroom with shower and an incredible view of the lake.
Villa Primula is the perfect place to relax and enjoy your stay in one of the most enchanting places in the Italian lakes region. In no time you can reach the Borromean islands: Isola Bella, Isola dei Pescatori and Isola Madre.
During your holiday you can live many experiences: excursions and guided tours with walks in the parks of the area, water sports on the lake including wakeboarding, waterski and wakesurf but also boat trips or dinners in one of the many charming restaurants in the area. You can also discover the area from above by giving yourself a helicopter tour or a tandem flight with a paraglider.
The residence is located just 45 minutes from Milan, half an hour by car from the Vicolungo outlet village.

PAYMENT TERMS AND CANCELLATION POLICIES:
To confirm a reservation, you must make payment of at least 30% of the total within 1 day of confirming the reservation.
All payments, whether the final balance or the full amount, must be completed within 90 days of entering the facility. If this deadline has already passed, the full amount must be paid within days: 1
Homelike Villas Standard Terms & Conditions are defined as:
- 0% refund of deposit in case of cancellation requested up to 90 days before check-in
- 50% refund (in case of balance already paid) in case of cancellation requested between 89 and 1 days before check-in
- 0% refund (and 100% penalty) in case of no-show
In case of cancellation - for objective reasons that can be documented, unforeseeable and not known at the time of booking - the following conditions apply in case of application of the "Serene Cancellation" Insurance *:
- From the time of booking to check-in, 100% refund of the value of the amount paid, for the reasons indicated above
- No show: no amount will be refunded to the customer
In case of cancellation of this contract for reasons related to COVID-19, the cancellation is free of charge for the guest whenever there is the impossibility for the guest to reach the location of the structure due to local lockdown of the area itself, in the 30 days before check-in.
*"Serene Cancellation" Insurance is an extra protection offered (and that guests must request at the time of booking) in case of direct booking through Homelike Villas and for objective causes that can be documented, unpredictable and not known at the time of booking.
In addition, in order to assure the insurance coverage to the guests, we need (within 12 hours from the booking) a list with Surnames - Names of all possible participants.
If we do not send the list, we cannot ensure the validity of the coverage.
According to municipal regulations, a tax may be charged by the facility manager to guests in the form of a fixed fee per person per night.
