In a small village, in the heart of the most authentic Tuscany, this independent residence, equipped with air conditioning, is only five minutes by car from the historic center of Cortona: a perfect place to visit historic sites, wineries and Tuscan cities of art but also Umbrian.
Equipped with 3 double standard double rooms, 1 suite and 1 junior suite on the first floor and 5 junior suites on the ground floor; this refined location can accommodate small groups of 6 people but can even accommodate over twenty guests. All the rooms of the Villa are served by private bathrooms with shower.
Ancient farmhouse from the end of the 19th century, well-kept and elegant with its terracotta floors, its ceilings with exposed wooden beams, its pastel colors on the walls; combines a classic country style with a more modern style.
The Villa is managed by 4 sisters who guarantee great attention to customers and an infinite attention to detail. Inside you will find rooms with light and colorful veils that descend from a four-poster bed or with a romantic bed on the mezzanine and a beautiful stone fireplace or, again, with walls with decorations that trace the ancient letters and objects of the sixties and Seventy.
The interiors are full of objects capable of capturing even the least attentive eye. The entrance leads to an intimate sitting room with fireplace, two sofas and satellite TV, while on the opposite side you are welcomed into a large and spacious dining room, with three tables for 20 people, where you can spend moments of tranquility. conviviality and serenity. This room also has an exit to the veranda.
Also on the ground floor a new and comfortable kitchen equipped with everything including freezer, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, Italian coffee machine and dishwasher.
A stone staircase, typical of these areas, will allow you to access the first floor and. then, to the sleeping area.
The outdoor spaces are also worth experiencing with a comfortable private swimming pool, 8 meters long and 4 meters wide with a depth varying from 1.20 to 1.80 meters, located on the back, sheltered from the most prying eyes and surrounded by olive trees. At sunset, a patio, with tables, chairs and deck chairs, and a barbecue area, always present in the garden of over 200 square meters, will give you the necessary space to be in good company.
Enjoy the surroundings: the city of Arezzo is less than 30 kilometers away as is Montepulciano. Perugia is about fifty kilometers away, Montalcino less than 70.

Om een reservering te bevestigen, moet ten minste 30% van het totaalbedrag binnen 1 dag na de boekingsbevestiging betaald worden.
Alle betalingen, als het nu gaat om het eindsaldo of om het volledige bedrag, moeten binnen 90 dagen voor de betreding van de accommodaties verrekend worden. Als deze termijn al verstreken is moet het volledige bedrag betaald worden binnen: 1 dag
De Algemene Standaard Voorwaarden van Homelike Villas luiden als volgt:
- 0% restitutie van de aanbetaling in geval van annulering aangevraagd tot 90 dagen voor de check-in
- 50% restitutie (bij reeds betaald saldo) in geval van annulering aangevraagd tussen 89 en 1 dagen voor de check-in
- 0% restitutie (en 100% annuleringskosten) in geval van niet verschijnen
In geval van annulering - om objectief aantoonbare onvoorziene redenen die niet bekend waren op het moment van de reservering - zijn de volgende voorwaarden van de Verzekering "Veilige Annulering" van toepassing*:
- Vanaf het moment van de reservering tot de check-in, 100% restitutie van het betaalde bedrag, voor de hierboven vermelde redenen
- Niet verschijnen: geen bedrag wordt terugbetaald aan de gast
In geval van annulering van het huidige contract om redenen die verband houden met COVID-19, is de annulering kosteloos voor de gast als het voor hem onmogelijk is om de locatie van de accommodatie te bereiken wegens een lokale lockdown van het gebied zelf, in de 30 dagen voor de check-in.
*De Verzekering "Veilige Annulering" is een extra bescherming, (die de gasten moeten aanvragen op het moment van de boeking) in geval van directe boekingen via Homelike Villas en voor objectief aantoonbare onvoorziene redenen die niet bekend waren op het moment van de reservering..
Om de gasten te kunnen verzekeren vragen wij bovendien (binnen 12 uur na de reservering)een lijst met Achternamen – Voornamen van alle mogelijke deelnemers.
Indien de lijst niet wordt verzonden, kunnen we de geldigheid van de dekking niet garanderen.
Volgens de gemeentelijke verordening kan door de beheerder een toeristenbelasting worden aangerekend in de vorm van een vast bedrag per persoon per nacht.
