The property consists of two old country houses, completely renovated and refurbished, made of stone around which a large green garden develops which houses a fantastic swimming pool immersed in the greenery of an extraordinary park of olive trees.
The property boasts 40 thousand square meters of land, 280 of which are covered. And then there are several terraces, two barbecue areas and a countryside that extends as far as the eye can see where you will find centuries-old olive trees but also fruit trees and plants typical of the Mediterranean scrub.
The main residence, together with its exquisite dependance, represents the past translated into the present and truly offers a refuge from the chaos of everyday life in a land, that of Sardinia, unique in the world.
Here three of the four elements - earth, air and water - have found their true habitat. It is in this unique atmosphere that the large manor house is located, convenient and comfortable, with exits to the garden in every room. A large hall with its hand-carved stone fireplace in the early twentieth century awaits you.
The house is arranged on one level and, in the living area, also has a romantic kitchen and a dining area with a large terrace overlooking the beautiful kitchen where you can turn your gaze towards the imposing mountains of San Pantaleo.
The floors made with large wooden planks, the exposed ceiling beams, the large and bright openings, represent the real visiting card of the welcome in this residence of great charm where everything seems to have been made to be breathed and lived because the scent of things and time give us this gift.
In this area of the house there are two double bedrooms with private bathroom and with the possibility of using them as double beds. The intermediate room to the building also has a curious mezzanine area for a possible extra single bed. An internal patio, with large French windows and a beautifully decorated floor, is interposed in one of the suites.
The only outdoor veranda, overlooking the swimming pool and the garden, which can be accessed by going down a few steps. Here, in addition to a relaxation area with armchairs, sofa and coffee table, you will also find a large barbecue area with oven and stone table where you can safely have lunch and dinner enjoying the coolness of a straw ceiling.
In the outbuilding, once born as an ancient horse shelter, you will find yourself living in an enchanting "stazzo". perfectly restored where a sweet romantic atmosphere encloses the warmth of a typical Gallura house.
A large master bedroom with a Provencal canopy bed and the panorama of a green olive wood accompany fragrant and long rests. A cozy double room with an enchanting bathroom complete the sleeping area.
The living room and the kitchen, perfectly equipped, connect the interiors with the garden through a huge window that overlooks the aromatic plants with a thousand scents.
The house has its own nuragic-shaped barbecue area and a delightful swimming pool immersed in the colors of the orchard.
Villa Calicanto is located in one of the most interesting archaeological areas in the area, in a privileged position that allows you to reach the best beaches of the Costa Smeralda and the Maddalena Archipelago in a few minutes.
AT THE MOMENT OF BOOKING YOU ARE ACCEPTING AS FOLLOWS:

Deposit: € 1.500 (€ 3.000 in case of monthly stay)
Weekly energy costs: € 140 in june, € 175 in july and september, € 200 in august
Final cleaning: € 600 per week (or € 900 for 3 weeks and € 1200 for the month)

ZAHLUNGS- UND STORNIERUNGSBEDINGUNGEN:
Um eine Buchung zu bestätigen, muss innerhalb von 1 Tag nach der Buchungsbestätigung eine Zahlung von mindestens 30% des Gesamtbetrags geleistet werden.
Alle Zahlungen, ob der Restbetrag oder der Gesamtbetrag, müssen innerhalb von 90 Tagen nach der Ankunft geleistet werden. Wenn diese Frist bereits verstrichen ist, muss der gesamte Betrag innerhalb der folgenden Tage gezahlt werden: 1
Die Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen von Homelike Villas sind wie folgt definiert:
- 100 % Rückerstattung der Vorauszahlung im Falle einer Stornierung bis zu 90 Tage vor dem Check-in
- 50 % Rückerstattung (bei bereits gezahltem Restbetrag) im Falle einer Stornierung zwischen 89 und 1 Tag vor dem Check-in
- 0 % Erstattung (und 100 % Stornogebühren) bei Nichterscheinen
Im Falle einer Stornierung - aus objektiv belegbaren, unvorhersehbaren und zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung nicht bekannten Gründen - gelten für die der "Sereno Storno"-Versicherung folgende Bedingungen *:
- Vom Zeitpunkt der Buchung bis zum Check-in, 100 % Rückerstattung des gezahlten Betrages, aus den oben genannten Gründen
- Nichterscheinen: dem Kunden wird kein Betrag zurückerstattet
Im Falle einer Stornierung dieses Vertrages aus Gründen, die mit COVID-19 , zusammenhängen, ist die Stornierung für den Gast kostenlos, wenn es für den Gast in den 30 Tagen vor dem Check-in unmöglich ist, den Standort der Struktur aufgrund eines örtlichen Lockdowns des Gebiets zu erreichen.
*Die Versicherung „Annullamento Sereno“ ist ein zusätzlicher Schutz, der bei Direktbuchungen über Homelike Villas und bei objektiven, dokumentierbaren, unvorhersehbaren und zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung nicht bekannten Gründen angeboten wird (und den die Gäste bei der Buchung beantragen müssen).
Um den Versicherungsschutz der Gäste zu gewährleisten, benötigen wir außerdem (innerhalb von 12 Stunden nach der Buchung) eine Liste mit den Namen und Vornamen aller möglichen Teilnehmer.
Wird die Liste nicht übermittelt, können wir nicht für die Gültigkeit des Versicherungsschutzes garantieren.
In Übereinstimmung mit den kommunalen Vorschriften kann der Betreiber der Einrichtung von den Gästen eine Kurtaxe in Form einer festen Gebühr pro Person und Nacht verlangen.
