Our roots
Le Marche, a region in the plural to be discovered endlessly
Marche, a region to discover endlessly
We have villas and residences all over Italy, but our home remains the Marche region.
From the hinterland to the sea, from the Sibillini Mountains to the rolling hills with enchanting landscapes: Le Marche always surprises.
Visiting Le Marche means going from small enchanted villages such as San Severino Marche, Tolentino or Elcito to towns among the most beautiful in Italy such as Ascoli Piceno, which boasts priceless art treasures from every century, Ancona, Macerata or Recanati.

Nature lovers will be spoilt for choice between the wonderful sea, hilly paths and landscapes or unicums such as the Frasassi Caves, one of the largest, most bizarre and mysterious karst complexes in Italy or the beautiful Conero Riviera. Or you can walk along suggestive paths of the Naturalistic Reserve of Monte San Vicino and Monte di Canfaito, where there is the "Avenue of the Giants" until you reach the largest beech tree in the Marche region, included among the 300 monumental trees of Italy.
Even the enogastronomical offer is noteworthy: we are in the region of Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi, one of the best wines of the world and winner of prestigious awards. However the whole territory of Marche is devoted to good viticulture which gives many satisfactions thanks to the soil and to the climate of the area. Marche offers an excellent oil and fantastic typical products. For shopping lovers there are prestigious outlets with the biggest names in Italian fashion within easy reach.
Villa Teloni
Our mansion in the heart of Marche
Let us introduce you to Villa Teloni
Villa Teloni is not only "our house", but it is an ancient noble residence belonged in the nineteenth century to the Coletti family, a family of wealthy landowners who took an active part in the political life of San Severino Marche. After
a long period of abandonment, it 1996was purchased by the entrepreneur Sandro Teloni who, after having made it the family residence, has transformed it, following two restorations entrusted to the architect Patrizia Ravegnati, into a charming residence that can accommodate up to fifty people.
