The house is completely fenced and the property is accessed by a tree-lined avenue that will lead you to the outdoor garden from which you can enjoy a unique view over the Vatiberina. Set in the middle of a chestnut wood and with a small olive grove behind it, the Villa has 8 beds to which you can add another 2 places on a sofa. The 4 bedrooms of the structure are served by 2 bathrooms.
Outside the large swimming pool of 12 meters long by 6 wide, will offer you the right refreshment on summer days even if the area, more than 300 meters above sea level, is rather windy and cool due to the presence of many trees. . By the pool you can relax on deck chairs to enjoy sunbathing or a nice relaxing break. Also outside, the structure has a large private parking area.
The house, entirely made of stone, has a large green garden where you can stroll or indulge in your favorite activities such as outdoor sports, yoga classes, reading and much more. In addition to a covered patio furnished with tables and chairs, there is also a barbecue area with a wood oven.
The choice of exposed beams for the ceilings, terracotta bricks for the floors and wood practically everywhere, internally distinguish the house which has very large and welcoming rooms. In the living room with fireplace and sofa there is a mezzanine with an iron staircase leading to the sleeping area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob with 5 burners, oven, hood, sink and fridge with freezer.
The 4 bedrooms will welcome you in a very warm environment with iron, masonry or canopy beds and wooden chests. One of the bedrooms also overlooks a small terrace from which you can enjoy a unique view of the landscape and the garden of the house.
Villa Ginevra is located on the border with Tuscany, 20 minutes by car from Cortona and about thirty from Lake Trasimeno. It is the ideal starting point for planning excursions to some cities of art such as Perugia and Arezzo.

PAYMENT TERMS AND CANCELLATION POLICIES:
To confirm a reservation, you must make payment of at least 30% of the total within 1 day of confirming the reservation.
All payments, whether the final balance or the full amount, must be completed within 90 days of entering the facility. If this deadline has already passed, the full amount must be paid within days: 1
Homelike Villas Standard Terms & Conditions are defined as:
- 0% refund of deposit in case of cancellation requested up to 90 days before check-in
- 50% refund (in case of balance already paid) in case of cancellation requested between 89 and 1 days before check-in
- 0% refund (and 100% penalty) in case of no-show
In case of cancellation - for objective reasons that can be documented, unforeseeable and not known at the time of booking - the following conditions apply in case of application of the "Serene Cancellation" Insurance *:
- From the time of booking to check-in, 100% refund of the value of the amount paid, for the reasons indicated above
- No show: no amount will be refunded to the customer
In case of cancellation of this contract for reasons related to COVID-19, the cancellation is free of charge for the guest whenever there is the impossibility for the guest to reach the location of the structure due to local lockdown of the area itself, in the 30 days before check-in.
*"Serene Cancellation" Insurance is an extra protection offered (and that guests must request at the time of booking) in case of direct booking through Homelike Villas and for objective causes that can be documented, unpredictable and not known at the time of booking.
In addition, in order to assure the insurance coverage to the guests, we need (within 12 hours from the booking) a list with Surnames - Names of all possible participants.
If we do not send the list, we cannot ensure the validity of the coverage.
According to municipal regulations, a tax may be charged by the facility manager to guests in the form of a fixed fee per person per night.
