A gate leads to the garden and to the stone pathways, which take you to the veranda and then to the pool. The kitchen is tastefully furnished and equipped with crockery and Grottaglie ceramics. On the veranda, you can eat lunch on the large table made of stone from Trani, while enjoying the fresh air. The living area and pool have marble terrazzo flooring in vibrant colors, following a custom geometric pattern.
The house is spread over multiple levels and is surrounded by outdoor areas dedicated to rest and recreation. The entrance leads to a large living room with dining area, open kitchen and relaxation area with sofas and fireplace.
Here, there is also a flight of stairs leading to the mezzanine level. Here, there is the sleeping area comprising 1 twin bedroom, 1 double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The second flight of stairs takes you to the first floor where there are 2 more bedrooms, a single and a twin, as well as another bathroom with shower. A total of three bathrooms are located inside the villa, two of which have showers.
Villa Reserve is equipped with air conditioning in every room, parking space, washing machine and dishwasher, insect screens, and a wood-fired oven on the veranda also suitable for baking pizzas. In addition, a servant is available for a fee upon request, as well as 24-hour security service.

To confirm a reservation, you must make payment of at least 30% of the total within 1 day of confirming the reservation.

Homelike Villas Standard Terms & Conditions are defined as:
- 0% refund of deposit in case of cancellation requested up to 90 days before check-in
- 50% refund (in case of balance already paid) in case of cancellation requested between 89 and 1 days before check-in
- 0% refund (and 100% penalty) in case of no-show
In case of cancellation - for objective reasons that can be documented, unforeseeable and not known at the time of booking - the following conditions apply in case of application of the "Serene Cancellation" Insurance *:
- From the time of booking to check-in, 100% refund of the value of the amount paid, for the reasons indicated above
- No show: no amount will be refunded to the customer
*"Serene Cancellation" Insurance is an extra protection offered (and that guests must request at the time of booking) in case of direct booking through Homelike Villas and for objective causes that can be documented, unpredictable and not known at the time of booking.
In addition, in order to assure the insurance coverage to the guests, we need (within 12 hours from the booking) a list with Surnames - Names of all possible participants.
If we do not send the list, we cannot ensure the validity of the coverage.
According to municipal regulations, a tax may be charged by the facility manager to guests in the form of a fixed fee per person per night.
